It may read like a joke to anybody that is not familiar with M$ standards, but even from a far-standing point most people running Vista will understand.
On a personal note, I had the *pleasure of writing a dialer app for an ISP and had the need to look deep into the API of all Windows versions starting with Win95, and I can tell you, religious or not, you want to go in there with a priest.
