That happens to be one of my favorite, but I have grown to like this one better... “Bureaucracy is the art of making the possible impossible” Javier Pascual Salcedo quotes I think Marx would have smiled, if the man was capable... Afterall he did say "Catch a man a fish, and you can sell it to him. Teach a man to fish, and you ruin a wonderful business opportunity."
